Terms of service

Curious Journey analyses the Reels on an Instagram account you connect, and suggests ideas, hooks and scripts based on them. It is in early access. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable while we work on it.

• You must be 18 or older to use the service.
• You may only connect an Instagram account that you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for keeping your Google sign-in secure and for activity under your account.

You keep all rights to your Reels, captions and anything else you create. You give us permission to copy, store and analyse that content only to provide the service to you. The ideas and scripts the service writes for you are yours to use.

How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.

• Use the service to break the law or Instagram’s and Meta’s terms.
• Try to access another creator’s account or data.
• Scrape, overload or interfere with the service, or try to get around its limits.
• Resell the service or give others access to your account.

Ideas, hooks, scripts and insights are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or similar to suggestions given to others. Check facts, claims and figures before you publish. You are responsible for what you post. We do not promise any result, such as more views or followers.

The service depends on Meta’s platform and other providers. Meta may change or withdraw access at any time, which can limit what Curious Journey can do. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to delete your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or end the service, and we will tell you by email where we reasonably can.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or followers. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will email you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
